Chef's Carving Station

Your choice of Roasted Turkey Breast, Marinated Roast Pork Tenderloin, Spice Rubbed Apricot Glazed Pork Tenderloin, Baked Virginia Ham, Roast Beef Au Jus, Prime Rib, or Pepper Encrusted Beef Tenderloin carved by a Cloverleaf Chef. Served with appropriate condiments for each meat choice. 

Pricing based on market price for meats. $75 fee for attendant. 


Stir-Fry Station

Assorted Fresh Vegetables and Chicken and/or Beef stir-fried with Teriyaki Sauce.

As entree (comes with Lo Mein and Vegetable Egg Rolls) - $18.95 per guest 

Shrimp Add $3 per guest. 



Fajita Bar

Marinated Chicken and/or Beef sauteed with Vegetables. Toppings include Sour Cream, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, and Refried Beans/Black Beans.

Build Your Own Baked Potato Bar (available as add on only)

Whipped Potatoes served with Shredded Cheese, Chives, Bacon Bits, Sour Cream, and Butter - $6 per guest

Upgrade your Potato Bar for an additional fee with Sweet Potatoes, Flavored Salt/Peppers, Herbed Butter, Honey Butter, Cinnamon Sugar, Feta Cheese, Bleu Cheese, Grated Parmesan, Jalapenos, Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms, Asparagus, Sauteed Peppers, Steamed Broccoli, Pulled Pork, Pulled Buffalo Chicken, Sliced Steak, Chopped Ham, Smoked Salmon, Chili, Honey, Guacamole, BBQ Sauce, Ranch, Queso, Country Gravy, Alfredo Sauce.
